Our Doctors

Dr. John Harmon, DDS, MS, is a board-certified endodontist with over 32 years of clinical experience. He received his DDS degree from Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and completed his post-graduate studies at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Harmon is a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Board of Endodontics and the American Association of Endodontists.

Dr. Melissa Harmon, DDS, MSD, is a specialist in endodontics. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and completed her post-graduate studies at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Dr. Harmon is a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Association of Endodontists.

Our Services

At Westside Endodontics, we provide a range of services, including:

• Root Canal Therapy: We use state-of-the-art techniques to clean, shape, and fill the root canal space to eliminate an infection or prevent an infection from developing.
• Root Canal Retreatment: We offer retreatment for teeth that have previously undergone root canal therapy but still require further treatment.
• Root Canal Surgery: We perform surgery to access the root canals and remove any remaining infected tissue.
• Cracked Tooth Repair: We repair teeth that have cracked or fractured due to tooth decay or trauma.
• Perforation Repair: We repair teeth that have perforations, or holes, in the enamel.
• Crowns: We provide crowns to restore the shape and function of teeth that have been damaged by decay or trauma.
