Meet Our Team

Our team consists of Dr. Jeff Tulett, who earned his DMD at the Western University of Health Sciences in 2013, and has been practicing in the Hardin area since 2013. We also have Dr. Andre Cardoso, who takes every opportunity to continue his dental education, and our hygienists Carrie Colberg, Bailee Stovall, and Cassie Woosley, each bringing their unique skills and personalities to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience for every patient.

Practice Info

We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. We accept all insurance plans and have preferred provider status with most plans. If you have any questions or need an appointment, feel free to call us at 406-665-3300.
