Experience
Some patients have reported excellent experiences at this dental clinic. Sydney Osteen, a 29-year-old woman, had a phenomenal experience, citing a receptionist who was patient and kind, and a dental surgeon who was thorough and honest. She was hesitant to get her wisdom teeth removed, but the surgeon assured her that it was necessary and that she would be okay. The procedure was quick, and she was out the door by 6 pm. She was grateful for the help and appreciated the aftercare and prescription.
On the other hand, Dade Robison had a mixed experience. He praised the dental surgeon, who was excellent, and the medical loan service, which helped reduce his initial payment. However, he was unhappy with the dental assistant, who was hurtful and embarrassing. The assistant made sarcastic comments, including saying, "I heard you crying - does it hurt?" and "Want me to bring my girlfriend in here so she can hold your hand." This made Robison feel small, embarrassed, and ashamed for expressing discomfort during the procedure.
Pain and Discomfort
