Long Wait Times
Patients have reported long wait times, with one patient waiting an hour and a half to be seen, despite having an appointment. This lengthy wait was exacerbated by an unprofessional and unfriendly front desk staff who seemed more interested in socializing with each other than attending to patients.
Inadequate Care
The care provided was deemed inadequate by patients. One patient required two teeth to be pulled, but was only prescribed amoxicillin and did not receive any pain relief medication, leaving them in discomfort. Another patient was seen for only five minutes and was told simply that their son had teeth, with no further assistance or guidance provided.
