Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Spencer Bloom is a 1979 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Dentistry and has completed many continuing education courses in dentures, overdentures, root canal therapy, periodontics, TMJ, adult orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. He believes in continuously upgrading his education and keeping pace with new technology to help deliver quality care and obtain excellent results for his patients. Dr. Bloom is dedicated to providing personalized service, taking the time to listen to your needs, and working with you to achieve your dental goals.
Our Goal
Our goal is to fix what needs fixing, strengthen what is weak, replace what is missing, and teach our patients how to prevent problems from occurring again, all while helping you look your best. We strive to make your dental experience comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
Getmore's CashBack Program
It seems that Getmore's CashBack program received a mixed review. Stefan S. gave a 5-star review, stating that it has been working perfectly for a long time and is reliable. He highlighted the program's features, including discount amounts, payouts, customer referrals, and customer service. On the other hand, Tim Krause had a poor experience with the program, giving it 1 star. He mentioned that it took half a year for the program to provide a payout, and even that didn't work.
Dr. Bloom and Kim
Dr. Bloom and his assistant Kim received overwhelmingly positive reviews. John W. and Terez U. both gave 5-star reviews, praising Dr. Bloom's professionalism, thoroughness, and exceptional customer service. They noted that he takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes each visit relaxing. Johnny J. also gave a 5-star review, highlighting the duo's warm welcome, attention to detail, and ability to make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.
However, Nicole H. had a poor experience with Dr. Bloom, giving her review 1 star. She ordered cosmetic pieces that did not match her desired color and shape. Despite her specifying what she didn't want, Dr. Bloom went ahead with the recommendation. The pieces were then sent back to the lab for reshaping, but the color could not be corrected. Nicole felt belittled and upset when Dr. Bloom yelled at her, and she eventually stopped going back to his office. She felt that his arrogance and refusal to take fault for the mistakes made her experience unacceptable and unprofessional.
