Our Office and Staff
Our team at Dr. Ashcraft Pediatric Dentistry is carefully selected for their ability to connect with children. We employ passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals who love working with children. One of our strengths is being able to communicate with and reassure our young patients to help ease their nerves. Each child receives personalized attention from our staff, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their visit.
We also offer outpatient facility services for patients who require extensive treatment. This allows them to have everything taken care of in one visit in a hospital setting. Our assistants are certified to assist Dr. Ashcraft at the hospital during surgery and are trained to monitor sedation patients and those receiving nitrous oxide analgesia. All dental assistants are certified expanded duty assistants and are American Heart Association's PEARS (Pediatric Advanced Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) certified.
Our office complies with all OSHA/HIPAA/DHEC regulations and is proud to accommodate our friends with special needs who require specific attention. Our office is a street-level, free-standing building with available parking and a wheelchair ramp, built according to the American Act of Disability (ADA) guidelines.
Community Service and Outreach
At Dr. Ashcraft Pediatric Dentistry, we believe in giving back to our community. We are dedicated to providing educational resources and promoting good oral health through various community outreach programs. Our team regularly participates in elementary school presentations, teaching children the importance of proper oral hygiene and how to maintain a healthy smile.
We also support local charities and organizations that focus on improving the lives of children in our community. Through donations and volunteer work, we strive to make a positive impact and help create a brighter future for our young patients.
