Welcome to the pediatric dentistry and orthodontic office in Dallas, TX of Dr. Sandra Petrocchi and Dr. Luis Arango. Since 1997, we have been dedicated to providing specialized dental and orthodontic care for children and adolescents in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our main focus is on preventive care to help each child maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime.

Meet Our Doctors

*Dr. Sandra M. Petrocchi*

Dr. Sandra M. Petrocchi received her Postdoctoral degree in Pediatric Dentistry from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. She then taught at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX for ten years as a mentor to dental students. Dr. Petrocchi has received several awards including the "Mom Approved" award, The Leading Physician of the World, USA Top Dentist, and The Super Dentist awards consecutively. She is currently a member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association and The Hispanic Dental Association.

*Dr. Luis M. Arango*

Dr. Luis M. Arango graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, and received his Fellowship Training in Surgical Orthodontics from UT Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Arango is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontist (AAO), The Southwestern Society of Orthodontics (SWSO) and the Dallas Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Arango has received many awards including Park Cities People's Choice Award, naming him the #1 orthodontist in Dallas and was named one of "America's Most Honored Professionals".

Services

At our practice, we provide a wide range of services for our patients, including:

• Preventive care: We recommend that children establish a "Dental Home" by one year of age. Regular checkups, cleanings, and fluoride treatments are essential for maintaining good oral health.
• Restorative care: We offer tooth-colored fillings, stainless steel and white crowns, extractions, and space maintainers to restore the health and function of teeth.
• Orthodontic care: Early orthodontic evaluation and treatment helps to guide the growth and development of the jaws, correct bite problems, and align teeth for a beautiful smile.
• Sedation: We offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and general anesthesia to help anxious or uncooperative children feel more comfortable during dental treatment.
• Emergency care: We provide same-day treatment for dental emergencies such as toothache, broken teeth, and lost fillings.

Location and Hours

We are conveniently located in Dallas, TX, and are happy to serve patients from the surrounding areas. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
