Dr. Richard W Graham

Welcome to our practice! Our goal is to provide you with gentle, state-of-the-art periodontal therapy in a comfortable, safe, and caring manner. We are a patient-oriented periodontal practice in Spartanburg.

Our practice is led by Dr. Richard W. Graham, DMD, MSD, who has been providing exceptional care to patients in Spartanburg since 1990. Dr. Graham earned his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1988 and completed his graduate training in periodontics at the University of Kentucky in 1990, where he also earned his master's degree in dental sciences. He is a South Carolina native, having grown up in Conway.

Dr. Graham is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Spartanburg County Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Association, South Carolina Society of Periodontics, Southern Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, and the American College of Dentists. He has had the privilege of serving as president of both the Spartanburg County Dental Society and the South Carolina Society of Periodontics.

Our Services

Our practice specializes in treating gum disease and placing dental implants. We are committed to staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in periodontal therapy, including the use of minimally invasive, microsurgical techniques and state-of-the-art technology like the Millennium Perio-Lase Laser for Laser Periodontal Therapy (LANAP). This allows us to provide fast healing, virtually painless gum recession treatments and gum grafts, as well as effective and comfortable treatment of periodontal disease.

We also offer a variety of other periodontal and dental implant services, including dental implants, sinus graft for implants, bone grafting, ridge augmentation, crown lengthening, soft tissue grafting, aesthetic crown lengthening and gingival contouring, and periodontal maintenance.

Patient Comfort

We believe that communication is the key to giving you the best possible care. On your first visit, you will receive a complete examination, and Dr. Graham will go over your findings and treatment options. We want you to be completely informed of your choices before proceeding with care.

Our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative, and we are dedicated to making your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and we are conveniently located at 456 Patillo Court, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
