With a calm and reassuring demeanor, Dr. Tennison has a way of making his patients feel at ease. When not working, he loves to spend time with his wonderful wife, Carrie, and their two daughters.

In the event of a dental emergency, we understand that timely treatment is crucial. That's why we prioritize same-day appointments for dental emergencies. Our emergency number is available 24/7, and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

New Patient Paperwork

Before your new patient appointment, we kindly request that you complete the following forms: Financial Policy, Health History Form, and Privacy Practices Form. You may also print and fill out these documents or arrive 15-20 minutes early to your appointment to complete them. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
