Excellent Experience for Kids
Parents Brooke Nielsen and Alyson Ashton Bringhurst had an exceptional experience with Salt Lake Pediatric Dentistry. They both praised Dr. Aste and Dr. Gustafsen for their professionalism, kindness, and gentle manner when dealing with their children. Nielsen's son received sedation dentistry and was reportedly very comfortable throughout the procedure. Bringhurst's son, who is anxious, was well taken care of by the staff, and she appreciated the office's cleanliness and comfort.
Disappointing Experience Due to Miscommunication
However, Karissa Magelsen Gardner had a disappointing experience with the office. She felt that they were dishonest about the cost, as she was charged $200 more than the initial quote. Despite being satisfied with the service provided to her children, Gardner was upset about the unexpected additional charge.
