Our Story
Our journey began when Dr. Preston Kaenel graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 1997, followed by Dr. Valerie Kaenel, who received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from USC. Both graduating in the top 5 of their class, they earned a place in OKU Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honor society. With their combined education and experience, they decided to open their own practice in Hillcrest, San Diego.

Our cosmetic dentistry services include porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, tooth-colored fillings, cosmetic bonding, and porcelain crowns and onlays. We also provide general dentistry services such as dental implants, orthodontic treatment for kids, periodontal treatment, root canals, extractions, and nightguards.
Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including CEREC technology for one-visit crowns and Invisalign for virtually invisible orthodontic treatment. We work closely with dental specialists in the area to ensure you receive the best possible care.
