Service and Staff Issues
Several reviewers had negative experiences with the staff and administrative process at Citi Dental. Alex Issokson mentioned that he was told he would receive new patient forms, but never received them, despite repeated calls to the office. When he arrived for his appointment, he was surprised with a mandatory x-ray that he had to pay for out of pocket. He was also told that his insurance didn't cover the procedure, but this was not disclosed ahead of time.
Glenda Perez had a poor experience with the office's fillings, saying that she was left with sensitivity that persisted for months after the procedure.
Good Experiences
Many reviewers had excellent experiences with the dentists and staff at Citi Dental. W. Kui mentioned that Dr. An and Assistant Jamila were excellent, providing careful and patient service. Tammy Tang praised Dr. An, saying that she was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Jason had a great visit, saying that the hygienist did an excellent job and the dentist filled a cavity on the spot. Douglas Shipton praised the office, saying that the staff, technology, and cleanliness were all fantastic, and that he had received great care from Dr. Hart and Natalie Bishop.
Unprofessional Behavior
Chikara had a particularly bad experience, saying that the office was unprofessional and took advantage of patients. She had to deal with multiple calls about providing a reference for the dentist, and said that the office staff was unresponsive to her concerns.
