Meet Our Team Members

Chris: As our financial coordinator, Chris has been with our practice since 1998. Chris is dedicated to ensuring the financial aspects of our practice run smoothly and efficiently. In their free time, Chris enjoys spending time with their husband and two sons.

Dee: With over 35 years of experience in orthodontics, Dee is our clinical coordinator. Dee is responsible for overseeing the clinical assistants in the treatment bay and ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. Dee is certified in radiology and qualified in orthodontic expanded functions.

Diane: As our scheduling coordinator, Diane is responsible for ensuring that our patients have a convenient and comfortable experience. Diane is certified in radiology and as a dental assistant. Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Jackie: As our treatment coordinator, Jackie is responsible for managing new patient consultations and treatment conferences. Jackie is certified in radiology and expanded duty functions. In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring nature.

Pam: With over 25 years of experience in orthodontics, Pam is a qualified orthodontic technician in expanded duty functions. Pam is certified in radiology and helps prepare information for Dr. Harshberger for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.

Terry: As an orthodontic technician, Terry is responsible for helping Dr. Harshberger provide exemplary orthodontic treatment. Terry is qualified in orthodontic expanded functions and certified in radiology. Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and serving as the minister of music for his church.

Vickie: With over 30 years of experience in orthodontics, Vickie is a qualified orthodontic technician in expanded duty functions. Vickie is certified in radiology and qualified in orthodontic expanded functions. In her free time, Vickie enjoys scrapbooking and creating special occasion decorations.
