Dr. Carolyn Chang
Dr. Chang is a native of Maryland and graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a General Practice Residency at the Washington DC VA Medical Center.
Dr. Minhthu Phan
Dr. Phan was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and moved to Rockville, MD, at the age of nine. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor's degree. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland.
