Our Story
Dr. Susan Widick, a lifelong resident of Independence, graduated from Truman High School in 1986. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, where she was senior class president and an instructor in the school's dental occlusion laboratory. After graduating, Dr. Widick worked as an associate with Dr. Fred Knapp before establishing her own practice in 1995. Today, we continue to serve patients from throughout Eastern Jackson County, including Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, Raytown, Kansas City, Oak Grove, Grain Valley, and surrounding areas.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Our team includes Dr. Susan Widick, a licensed dentist with over three decades of experience; Jennifer Bell, a registered dental hygienist with a degree from State Fair Community College and continuing education at UMKC School of Dentistry's BSDH Degree Completion Program for Dental Hygienists; Jenn Koehn, a registered dental hygienist with a degree from Emporia State University and expertise in public health services; and Erin Dercher, a registered dental hygienist with a degree from the University of Kansas and membership in the Greater Kansas City Dental Hygiene Society and American Dental Hygienists' Association. All of our team members are dedicated to providing exceptional care and are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
