Excellent Service and Friendly Staff
Several reviewers praised the excellent service and friendly staff at Alpha Dental. They appreciated the hygienist's great communication skills, friendliness, and gentle approach during their cleaning appointments. Many reviewers mentioned that they have been going to this dental office for regular cleanings and have always had a great experience.
Poor Service and Neglect
On the other hand, two reviewers had a poor experience with Alpha Dental. One reviewer mentioned that a crown fell off and the office would not fit them in to reglue it for six days, despite the reviewer's pain and inability to eat. The other reviewer reported chronic TMJ pain and lasting damage to their teeth and jaw, which they attributed to the office's neglect and inattention to their pain.
