Our roots date back to 1984, when Dr. Clifford Chow established the practice with a commitment to providing exceptional care to the Sacramento community. In 2005, ownership was taken over by Dr. Tiffanie Sun and her husband, Dr. Wayne Cheng, who shared the same philosophy of "treating your patients like treating your mother."
