Disappointing Experience

The reviewer felt rushed through their treatment and was told to complete the treatment 6 months ahead of schedule. After finishing the treatment, the reviewer was asked to pay the remaining balance, which they did. However, the reviewer's final retainer broke just 5 months later, and the office replaced it reluctantly. The reviewer felt that the staff was rude and spoke down to them when they questioned the information provided about the retainer's lifespan.
