Quality of Care
The reviews submitted by clients and patients had varying opinions regarding the quality of care provided by Simply Orthodontics. Some patients were extremely satisfied with the treatment they received, citing friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean environments, and excellent customer service. For instance, Ian Murray mentioned that the practice was "good at what you do, " while Shakyra Suarez noted that the staff was "wonderful" and made her daughter feel comfortable.
On the flip side, some patients were dissatisfied with the treatment they received. Nikki Koppel mentioned that the practice was a "factory" with no concern for patients' time, while Britni Nozzolillo reported poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and unsatisfactory results. John Moores voiced his disappointment with the practice, stating that he never saw the doctor and was told to leave because they didn't want to fix his tooth.
Customer Service
Customer service was another area of concern for some patients. Stephanie Williams reported a frustrating experience with the receptionist, citing abruptness, lack of courtesy, and ineffective communication. The author had to call back multiple times to schedule an appointment and was made to feel unwelcome.
Kristen Agbey, on the other hand, praised the staff for their professionalism, patience, and kindness when dealing with her son's autism. She felt comfortable and highly recommended the practice.
Treatment and Results
Some patients were unhappy with the treatment they received, citing poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and unsatisfactory results. Britni Nozzolillo reported that her tooth was chipped during treatment and was advised to simply wear her retainer instead of adjusting the bracket. After getting her braces off, she was informed that she needed to wear her retainer two times a day at night, which led to her teeth shifting.
In contrast, Ian Murray and Shakyra Suarez were happy with the treatment they received, citing good results and effective communication.
Reception and Office Environment
The office environment and reception were also areas of concern for some patients.
