Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior

Unethica Conduct
Some reviewers reported feeling disrespected, verbally abused, and taken advantage of by the dentist and his staff. Genevive Walker mentioned being told that it's a "waste of time" to fill a small chip, and being charged for services that were never done. Lauren Sansom developed a serious bacterial infection after a routine cleaning, and was told to pay for a service that was not necessary. Cody Collinsworth reported feeling uncomfortable with the dentist's arrogant and condescending attitude.
Billing Issues and Mismanagement
