• Sedation Dentistry: Dr. Tzendzalian is one of the few cosmetic general dentists licensed and certified in North Carolina to provide sedation dentistry. This service allows patients who are fearful or anxious about dental procedures to have their dentistry completed in a safe and comfortable environment with little or no memory of the experience.

• CBCT 3D Imaging: Our office uses cone-beam computed tomography systems to analyze and reconstruct 3D images of a patient's teeth, jaws, and surrounding anatomy. This technology is useful in both diagnosis and precise treatment planning when two-dimensional diagnostic films are insufficient.

• Cosmetic Dentistry: Our cosmetic dental solutions can effectively improve and enhance the appearance of teeth that are stained, discolored, misshapen, chipped, fractured, gapped, crowded, or broken down as the result of dental decay. These solutions range from treatments that are relatively quick and non-invasive to more comprehensive plans of care to restore incomplete smiles.

• Implants: If you have lost a tooth due to injury, dental decay, or gum disease, it is important to replace it to avoid causing problems for the adjacent teeth and your overall dental health. We offer dental implants as a more recent procedure to replace missing teeth.
