Changes in Office and Poor Customer Service
The review by Mary Tilley highlights a poor experience at the dentist office. She had an appointment with Dr. Borkan, but the office had changed administration and staff. The new dentist did not introduce himself, and there was no explanation given for the change. The front desk staff was unfriendly and short. Mary's appointment was rescheduled twice and she had to wait for an additional 40 minutes without any explanation. She ultimately decided not to return to the office.
