Unsatisfactory Experience
The review from D. J. is a stark contrast to the rest of the reviews. They had a terrible experience at this dental office, describing the cleaning as "rushed, minimal, and virtually non-existent". The doctor also tried to upsell them on a costly procedure they didn't need. The staff was generally pleasant, but the patient left feeling disappointed and uneasy. Despite a Groupon discount, the reviewer ultimately cancelled their regular appointment with their long-time dentist and will not return to this office.
