Poor Patients' Experiences
Several patients had to wait for an extended period before being seen by the dentist or hygienist. Norma Glasgow, Samantha Sims, Monica Barnhart, and Shawn Luker all mentioned wait times ranging from 30 minutes to over two hours. The staff's lack of urgency in handling patients' appointments was also a major complaint.
Quality of Care Issues
Some patients experienced poor quality care, including inadequate cleaning and lengthy procedures. Norma Glasgow mentioned that her son's teeth were only cleaned for a minute, and the dentist supposedly missed a good amount of plaque. Shawn Luker was told that a deep clean had to be split into two visits, which he found unacceptable.
Disagreements with Billing
Shawn Luker had a negative encounter with the billing department, citing the staff as "rude and unprofessional." He felt that the team was prioritizing insurance billing over patient care.
