Our cosmetic dentistry services include porcelain veneers, resin bonding, and teeth whitening. Our general dentistry services include crowns, dental implants, dentures, fillings, periodontal care, and professional teeth cleaning. Billing Issues and Insurance Problems
Savanna Christensen, with a rating of 3 stars, shares her frustration with the dentist's billing practices, stating that despite being in-network with her insurance, she always receives bills in the mail for routine cleanings that are supposed to be covered. Jennifer Marie, also with a rating of 3 stars, accidentally mentioned the issue, highlighting the sweet and helpful staff, but this was overshadowed by the billing issues mentioned by Christensen.
Poor Customer Service
Tyler Card-Huffman, with a rating of 1 star, had a disastrous experience with the dentist office's customer service, particularly with receptionist Liz. He mentioned that he always had to pay out-of-pocket for his appointments, and when he called to complain, the office insisted that he pay upfront. Mark Gandy, with a rating of 5 stars, had a positive experience with the administrative staff, but Chastity Haxton, also with a 3-star rating, had a conflicting experience with receptionist Liz, often leaving her feeling bad after speaking with her.
Unprofessional Behavior
Regina Morgan, with a rating of 1 star, had a terrible experience at the dentist office, including being charged for a missed appointment and having her medical records withheld due to an unpaid fee. She claimed that this behavior was illegal and left her in a lot of pain, not willing to recommend the office or seek further care there.
Competent Dentists
Jennifer Marie, with a 5-star rating, had a positive experience with Dr. Buescher and his assistant, who made her feel at ease and successfully removed her tooth. Christina Holzhauser, also with a 5-star rating, complimented Dr. Foote on his work, saying he does "very good, very quick work" and takes the time to speak with patients before beginning his procedure. Mark Gandy, with a 5-star rating, singled out Dr. Foote's professionalism and kindness, as well as the friendly and considerate dental assistant.
