They praise the kindness and respect of Dr. Smith, his managers, and dental assistants, particularly Victoria, who is described as very nice, respectful, and honest. Zehn also clears up the negative review left by another patient, stating that the reviewer was rude and insane for showing up at Dr. Smith's house unannounced to complain about something that never happened.
Negative Experience
Allyson Portee's 1-star review describes a highly unpleasant experience at the same office. She recounts being treated poorly by Victoria, the office manager, who was frosty, mean, and rude. Allyson arrived for a scheduled appointment to get a filling, but Victoria was slow to respond and prioritized dealing with her son's school issues instead. When Allyson asked to speak to the dentist, Victoria refused, saying she was in charge of the office and had the power to make decisions. Allyson was ultimately told she was no longer welcome as a patient and was asked to leave the office.
Allyson also describes that later, she visited Dr. Smith's home to share her concerns and was met with anger and hostility, with the doctor even accusing her of assaulting his staff.
